Today’s tour was incredible. We had some amazing views of the T18’s as they hunted for seals near Flattop Island and White Rock. The highlight? Probably the moment when they swam UNDER OUR STERN. What an amazing view of these massive apex predators. It was humbling, exciting, and unforgettable.
The trip definitely involved some other wildlife sightings too! We saw bald eagles, river otters, rhinoceros auklets, harbor seals, and even some of Spieden Island’s resident deer and sheep species.
Thanks to those of you who came out on the tour today. It was such a beautiful day, and the memories are still burned into my mind! Hopefully we’ll see you out on the water again soon.
